All employees and partners of Adams Consultancy Ltd. are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms set out in their specific client agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client breaches these Terms;
  • Payment obligations are not met;
  • Continued engagement is deemed unlawful or unethical.

Upon termination, clients must pay all outstanding fees for work completed up to that point.


13. Third-Party Links and Suppliers

Our website and services may include links or references to third-party websites or energy suppliers.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external parties.
Any third-party contract entered into is solely between the client and the supplier.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
